Welcome to Mandalay Cloud! This guide will help you understand how to use the Client Panel for managing your subscriptions and invoices, and the Control Panel for managing your hosting services.
1. Client Panel User Guide
The Client Panel is the billing and client management system used by Mandalay Cloud. It allows you to manage your subscriptions, invoices, and account details.
1.1 Accessing the Client Panel
- Go to the Client Panel login page: https://billing.mandalay.cloud/
- Enter your email address and password
- Click Login
1.2 Dashboard Overview
Once logged in, you will see the Dashboard. Here's what you can do:
- View Active Services: Check your active hosting plans or services.
- View Invoices: See your payment history and download invoices.
- Update Profile: Manage your personal information and password.
1.3 Managing Services
- Click on Services in the menu.
- Here, you can:
- View details of your active services.
- Request upgrades or downgrades (if available).
- Cancel services (if allowed).
1.4 Managing Invoices
- Click on Invoices in the menu.
- Here, you can:
- View all invoices (paid, unpaid, and overdue).
- Pay unpaid invoices using the available payment methods.
- Download invoices as PDF.
1.5 Updating Your Profile
- Click on Profile in the menu.
- Update your:
- Contact information.
- Password.
- Payment methods.
1.6 Support
If you need help:
- Click on Support in the menu.
- Open a new ticket or check the status of existing tickets.
2. Control Panel User Guide
The Control Panel is the platform used to manage your hosting services. It allows you to manage domains, emails, databases, and files.
2.1 Accessing the Control Panel
- Go to the Control Panel login page: https://panel.mandalay.cloud:8083/
- Enter your username and password
- Click Login
2.2 Dashboard Overview
Once logged in, you will see the Dashboard. Here's what you can do:
- View Statistics: Check resource usage (disk space, bandwidth, etc.).
- Manage Domains: Add, remove, or configure domains.
- Manage Emails: Create and manage email accounts.
- Manage Databases: Create and manage databases.
2.3 Managing Domains
- Click on Web in the menu.
- Here, you can:
- Add a new domain.
- Manage DNS settings.
- Configure SSL certificates.
2.4 Managing Emails
- Click on Mail in the menu.
- Here, you can:
- Create new email accounts.
- Set up email forwarding.
- Configure spam filters.
2.5 Managing Databases
- Click on Databases in the menu.
- Here, you can:
- Create new databases.
- Manage database users.
- Access phpMyAdmin for database management.
2.6 Managing Files
- Click on File Manager in the menu.
- Here, you can:
- Upload, download, or delete files.
- Create folders and manage file permissions.
2.7 Backups
- Click on Backups in the menu.
- Here, you can:
- Create backups of your website and databases.
- Download or restore backups.
